I LOVE Porn

Isn't it amazing? We can choose the things we love. I don't know why, but right now this is interesting to me. All of the things given to me, the things that I love, are things I choose to love. I could choose not to love them.

God. He doesn't make me love Him. But I choose to. My husband didn't force me to marry him or make me fall in love with him and it didn't magically happen without knowing -- I chose to. I still do. My kids were given to me, I didn't choose the people they are, but I choose to love them.

So, what am I getting at?

Porn. Of course. :)

Do you love porn? Do you like it a lot? Do you watch it every day? Do you watch it more than once a week? Are you addicted? Do you make porn? Do you LOVE porn?

Well, you can choose not to, ya know?

But I'll leave that up to you. First, though, I want to give you a list of people who love porn and people who don't. You can decide which group you want to be like, whether you hide your love for porn or not, it's still there.

So...

People who love porn:

Ron Jeremy - listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for "Most Appearances in Adult Films."

Jenna Jameson - raped twice before the age of 16, no strong father figure, eventually named "Queen of Porn" and has had two divorces.

Howard Stern - promoter of sleaziness.

Richard Nash - child molester.

Troy Thomas Fuller - charged of 1st degree rape.

Hugh Hefner - listed second on the "50 Most Powerful People in Porn." The Hugh Hefner First Amendment Award was created by Christie Hefner "to honor individuals who have made significant contributions in the vital effort to protect and enhance First Amendment rights for Americans."

Larry Flynt - produces sexually graphic videos and magazines, most notably Hustler. The company has an annual turnover of approximately $300 million. Flynt has fought several prominent legal battles involving the First Amendment, and has unsuccessfully run for public office often. Listed first as the most powerful person in porn.

Satan - father of lies.

People who choose NOT to love porn:

Instead of a list, I think only one name is necessary.

Jesus of Nazareth - the man who was scourged, beaten, spit on, and crucified for all of the people above and you and me and everyone. The King of Kings, the truest form of love, sacrifice, and truth.

Everything we choose to love or choose not to love -- including porn -- goes back to one thing. Who do we want to make smile? Jesus or the devil?

Because for every decision we make one of them will be smiling, and the other not so much. To love porn (or like it enough to watch it pretty often), even if no one knows about it, is to choose to love yourself more than others. You are choosing to be like the people listed above who love porn. You contribute to the death, degradation, and further pain of porn stars. And you contribute to the heartbreak your wife or partner feels. Your kids, your family, your flock. And all for the sake of your own pleasure. Sounds a lot like satan, Hugh Hefner, and Howard Stern, if you ask me. Is that who you want to be like?

Or do you want to be like them in the dark and pretend to be like Jesus in the daylight?

Or you can choose NOT to love porn and to love others more than yourself. To say no already and stop playing games. Get serious and cut your eye out. You can choose to be like Jesus, to love porn stars and hate porn because of the way it crushes so many souls.

Or you can say, "No, thanks. I love porn."

You can choose, right now and every day from now on to be in one of those lists, but you can't be in both. You can't hate porn for yourself and think it's cool for everyone else. You're either in or out.

You can love porn, or you can not. So ... choose.

just thought i'd post and say that thanks to porn, i and the woman i love more than anything can be together since it helps me satisfy my natural sexual urges without being unfaithful as she is physically handicapped and unable to do so.

oh, and i doubt you ever talked to jesus of nazareth to ask his views on porn, as he departed this earth well before you got here.

please don't go putting words in other people's mouths.

since jesus is a just a fairy tale I think that is a rather ridiculous argument...parallel to saying porn make santa claus, the easter bunny, and the tooth fairy frown
